I'm logged into my subyshare account and can see the page with the file name on it when I click the link in the forum posts. But I can't download - it just shows a broken picture icon. How to solve?

I have tried a few different countries already. Not working. I can load the page, and the file name that I want to download is there, but it starts by showing "Hold on, keep waiting", and then it just shows a broken picture icon. Any other ideas?
